On March 7, 2013, President Obama signed into law the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013 (VAWA 2013). The law continues many of the housing protections that had been provided by the Violence Against Women Act of 2005 and further expands these safeguards in several crucial ways. This webinar is designed for advocates, attorneys, and others who are new to VAWA 2013’s housing protections or want a review of VAWA’s continuing housing protections.
