Source: CHAPA Press Release On Feb. 21, Secretary Donovan appointed Barbara Fields as the new HUD Regional Administrator for the New England region (see HUD press release below). She replaces Richard Walega, who recently resigned. As many of you know, Barbara has been heading up the LISC Rhode Island office since 1991. She has been a great supporter and active member of CHAPA for many years and we look forward to working with her in this new position.
