National Housing Preservation Database launched

The National Low-Income Housing Coalition and the Public and Affordable Housing Research Company launched their National Housing Preservation Database yesterday. The tool allows data from USDA and HUD to be accessible in one national, property-level database. The goal of the database is to assist communities in supporting and preserving their affordable public and assisted housing stock. This database will enable users to locate affordable housing in their communities and provide useful information  affordable housing professionals, advocates, and researchers.
