Statewide affordable housing provider has exciting opportunities for two individuals to join their dedicated team of employees. Self-Sufficiency Case Manager will coordinate and administer case management to Section 8 program participants for a variety of programs designed to assist individuals and families reach their goals of independence. Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of two years’ work experience in social services with a focus on case management and outreach. Position requires working in both an office and field environment and requires driving on a regular basis. Position is funded based on annual appropriations. Mobile Home Park Specialist works with the mobile home park portfolio managed by the Authority and provides administrative support to park managers; performs all intake services, working with applicants and processing applications, verifications and references; determines eligibility and suitability; coordinates advertising and park newsletters. The specialist will have frequent telephone and public contact. Position requires high school (Associates Degree preferred) and a minimum of two years administrative/clerical work preferably in assisted housing and human services.
