VHCB Memo: Coronavirus Relief Fund Letters of Interest due June 23rd

Please read the following announcement from our friends at the Vermont Housing and Conservation board:

It appears likely that VHCB will be awarded Coronavirus Relief Funds (CRF) for investment in housing that serves those who are experiencing homelessness.

Here is a memorandum that describes how VHCB proposes to make CRF awards. These funds must be expended by December 30. Due to this unusually tight timeline, we are sending this memo now, understanding that not all questions about how funds can be used are answered yet.  There is a zoom call next Tuesday at 1:00 to begin responding to your questions; the link to that call is in the attached memo.

Please note that a Letter of Intent is due to VHCB June 23rd at noon for those interested in applying for these funds. Here is the CRF Letter of Intent cover sheet.

All the best,

Martin Hahn, Housing Director Vermont Housing & Conservation Board
