Rural Development has reopened its search for a new Housing Programs Director for VT and NH:

This is a critical position in the Agency; the Director will oversee a dynamic team and be responsible for the delivery of both our Single and Multi-Family Housing programs. Rural Development’s housing portfolio is extensive and includes grants, loans, and loan guarantees. The Multi-Family Housing portfolio alone includes 167 properties (almost $200,000,000 in assets). The Director will manage the team’s servicing and underwriting responsibilities and serve as the jurisdiction’s authority on housing-related issues. This is truly a unique opportunity to make an impact and to improve the quality of life and economic vitality of rural America.

Based on the preference of the candidate, the position will be located in our Montpelier VT or Concord NH office. It is classified as a G13.
