The Vermont Agency of Housing and Community Development is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Community Development Specialist III:
Team leader for Community Development staff. Primary lead or secondary lead on special projects. Consultative and administrative work for the Vermont Community Development Program (federal HUD Community Development Block Grant Program). Evaluates grant applications, interprets complex financial statements, and manages grant portfolio. This position has frequent interaction with municipal officials, regional planning and development professionals, nonprofit housing and community development groups and similar entities in the broad area of community development, project development, housing rehab, and economic development and funding.
