You will be responsible for compliance with Federal, State and local programs, leasing and move out coordination. Qualified applicants must have excellent customer service skills, be organized with attention to detail, able to work independently while enjoying a team environment, communicate effectively, exercise sound judgment, and committed to a membership-based model of community controlled and permanently affordable housing. Experience in residential property management, Section 8, LIHTC, HUD and HOME programs a plus. Willing to train the right person.
