An exciting opportunity to join our staff as Property Manager with responsibility for 2 family housing neighborhoods and 1 elderly and non-elderly disabled neighborhood. The successful candidate will have excellent skills and abilities in: interpersonal relations; property management; verbal and written communication; work organization; computer competency; and compliance and enforcement. Candidates should be able to have a demonstrated record of ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Experience in property management, assisted housing or working with low income individuals is highly desirable but not essential.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma and at least 4 years of progressively responsible transferable experience and a valid driver’s license.
