CHT is seeking an experienced individual to lead a variety of multi-family housing rehabilitation projects from beginning to end. This position will demand a high level understanding of building systems, energy efficiency standards, building codes, permitting, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of local, state, and federal housing programs is preferred.
