Choices for Care Money Follows the Person is pleased to announce their Second Annual Mini Conference on May 23, 2013. The key note speaker will be Dr. Allan “Chip” Teel, a long-time family physician and founder of Full Circle America – a virtual assisted living service.  Full Circle America is creating an entirely new aging paradigm from the best features of all the people and organizations of a community.  Come join us to discover how grassroots community action and 21st century technologies can empower elders to stay in their homes and lead healthier, happier lives.  Additional conference panelists will speak about other efforts that support Vermonters’ abilities to live at home, including the new Choices for Care Adult Family Care Homes.
