Re-Imagining Collaboration: Building Health Networks at the Community Level

Vermont Blueprint for Health has announced they will be hosting a forum on Thursday, November 7, 2013 from 9:30am to 4pm at The Chapel at Vermont College in Montpelier.  Check out the details:

The Blueprint team is excited to invite you to participate in a special forum “Re-Imagining Collaboration: Building Health Networks at the Community Level” on November 7th at Vermont College in Montpelier. Community partners like yourself, are creating  unique and powerful local networks that build healthy communities and support individuals and families.  As the Blueprint, SASH and other initiatives expand statewide, the strength and depth of these local networks is growing and maturing.  This is a formative period and the opportunity to reflect on what we are learning about developing and growing high functioning local networks is timely. The key note speaker, Cheryl Phillips, truly understands the value of community networks and I think you will find her remarks inspiring.

As always, keep up-to-date with all the latest happenings by visiting VAHC’s upcoming events page.
