Opened in November 2012 in Newport, the Lakebridge properties offer 21 new and refurbished affordable units for families. Lakebridge sits at the former site of the 14-unit Sleeper Place housing complex, which had just 14 units. After renovation and construction, Lakebridge now consists of five energy efficient buildings that hold one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. The complex is conveniently located, with an RCT stop right nearby and the town center just one block away.
