Job Opening – Lamoille Housing Partnership – Finance Manager

Lamoille Housing Partnership, a non-profit developer of affordable housing in Lamoille County and Hardwick, seeks a full time Finance manager to work in our busy office in Morrisville. Our ideal candidate will be a well organized team player with great communication skills. Duties include general office management, payroll, construction finance tracking, grant and fundraising tracking, budgeting and financial analysis and property performance analysis. Experience in construction and/or real estate development and asset management a plus. Minimum of Associate’s degree. Finalists will be required to pass background checks.
