Input Needed to Improve Vermont’s Downtown Program, Due 10/5

Posted September 26, 2012

Reposted from: Noelle MacKay, DEHCD, September 26, 2012

Housing Leaders!

As many of you know, we at DEHCD are working on re-evaluating and re-assessing our suite of designation programs. We are picking up where we left off before TSI hit and in the process of meeting one-on-one and in groups as well as developing a survey. SO…

I need your assistance in collecting feedback on our designation programs. I would appreciate you taking time to post the request below to your listserve and forward the survey to others who are familiar with the programs as well as you taking time to share your thoughts and fill out the survey.  Thanks! Noelle

The Department of Economic, Housing and Community Development is re-evaluating some of our programs and would appreciate your time to share your views, opinions, and experiences on the suite of state designations collectively known as the “Downtown Program” (new town centers, growth centers, Vermont neighborhoods). We will use the information in this short survey (13 questions) to help guide us in some key decisions, as we work to update and improve the program.

You can find a link to the survey here – Downtown Program Survey

The deadline to respond is Friday, October 5th.

Your feedback is very valuable to us and we will share the survey results in our upcoming Community Planning and Revitalization newsletter and on our website mid-late October.  We appreciate your time and thoughts in responding to this survey invitation.

Thank you in advance for your important contribution to help make Vermont’s communities strong and apologies for duplicate requests for the survey.
