This paper examines five core strategies used in four rural communities to make strides toward ending homelessness, implementing their Ten Year Plans, and meeting the housing and service needs of homeless families and individuals.
This paper will launch a webinar and workshop series that will take place over the next several months and be led by the Center for Capacity Building. The series will examine rural Continuums that have been effective in reducing homelessness and overcoming the unique challenges presented by their geographic location.
